Digitron Acquires Assets of API Electronics, Hauppauge Facility

Digitron Semiconductors is pleased to announce the asset acquisition of API Electronics Hauppauge facility, a DSCC certified manufacturing division located in Long Island, NY. Digitron has acquired all of API Electronics transistor manufacturing and testing equipment and intellectual property including procedures, specifications, IT, and document drawings.

Digitron will offer continued manufacturing support on former API branded transistors at market competitive pricing and lead time, backed by superior product quality and engineering support.

Transistors are available in Pb-Free and Non-RoHS (Sn/Pb) lead finishes. 
High Reliability – JANTX level equivalent screening - is available as an option.
